The Aventa Lymphoma test detects gene fusions and rearrangements in lymphomas from FFPE tumor tissue, revealing actionable insights missed by conventional FISH and sequencing techniques. The test is not susceptible to any of the technical limitations of conventional FISH and sequencing, resulting in better patient management.

The test is partner-agnostic and identifies the partner gene, whether or not it is on the gene list (e.g., MYC-IRAG2, SQSTM1-ALK where IRAG2 and SQSTM1 will be detected as the partners for these gene fusions, MYC and ALK, are on the panel).
